Kasheema Tachel Wadley (PHOTO): Woman Arrested For Facebook Purge Cop Threats

Georgia woman Kasheema Tachel Wadley has been arrested after allegedly posting threats against police on Facebook.

WRDW: “On Saturday, July 9, the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office was told by several concerned citizens of the threats made online. Investigators were able to verify Kasheema Tachel Wadley posted the treats on Facebook and arrested her.

Wadley currently faces a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts and is being held at the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Detention Center.”

WJBF: “A number of Wadley’s posts suggest violence during traffic stops and at the homes of officers. Wadley also made allusions to starting a “purge” influenced by the movie of the same name, in which lawlessness and random acts of violence are legal for a period of time.”

WTVM: “Sheriff J. Tyson Stephens wishes to express his sincere gratitude to the concerned citizens who initially provided this information, and to the community as a whole for the continued support to law enforcement, as well as all public safety within Emanuel County. “
