WATCH: Man Claims He Was Kicked Off Delta Flight For Speaking Arabic

A man claims he was kicked off of a Delta Airlines flight for speaking Arabic.

In a video posted to Twitter, Adam Saleh documented his removal from a Delta flight. In the post, Saleh wrote, “We got kicked out of a @Delta airplane because I spoke Arabic to my mom on the phone and with my friend slim… WTFFFFFFFF please spread.”

In the video, Saleh says, “we spoke a different language on the plane, and now we’re getting kicked out.” He added, “You guys are racist, I cannot believe my eyes.”

Some of the passengers can be heard saying, “bye.”

He posted a follow-up tweet saying he was able to get another flight to New York City.

Saleh is a YouTube personality who has posted prank videos before, and his claims could not be independently verified. In 2014, he made a YouTube video claiming to show racial profiling by NYPD, which turned out to be actors playing out a scene.

Delta released a statement to Buzzfeed: “Two customers were removed from this flight and later rebooked after a disturbance in the cabin resulted in more than 20 customers expressing their discomfort. We’re conducting a full review to understand what transpired. We are taking allegations of discrimination very seriously; our culture requires treating others with respect.”
