“Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says Paul Rojek, 56, and his son Joshua Rojek, 33, both of Syracuse, are accused of placing chicken wing orders through the restaurant’s wholesaler, then reselling them on the street, or other restaurants, at a discounted price.
