Robert Rembert, a truck driver in Cleveland, is accused of being a serial killer.
Rembert, 45, was arrested at at the Pilot Flying J truck stop near Seville, Cleveland. He is being held on $1 million bond.
Prosecutors say they matched Rembert’s DNA to the rape and murder of Rena Mae Payne in May 1997. They also found his DNA connected to the death of Kimberly Hall this year.
Rembert has been charged with the shooting deaths of his cousin Jerry Rembert and Morgan Nietzel in June of 2015.
He pleaded pleaded guilty to the voluntary manslaughter of Dadren Lewis in December 1997.
Rembert has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated murder, six counts of kidnapping, four counts of rape, two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of having weapons as a felon, grand theft and gross abuse of a corpse.
